Niv Y. Habari

Niv Y. Habari is a Senior Executive Investment Associate/ Founder and Owner of NIVGlobal RE. Mr. Habari specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial and investment properties in the South Florida tri-county area. Now living in Hallandale Beach, Niv grew up in Israel and played an active role in his family’s acquisition and management of investment properties.

Niv attended Tel Aviv University where he pursued B.A. Degrees in Business Management and Marketing. Niv has had over 15 years of Commercial Real Estate experience, and provides a wealth of knowledge to his clients and company.

Niv has attained an extensive knowledge of South Florida real estate market over the years. Niv is fluent in both Hebrew and English and wants to expand the company’s reach to these clients.
